People in impacted areas will see a decline in the desirability of their homes from a resale and rental perspective. Businesses will see a loss in revenue due to noise, dirt and traffic detours and delays. (More)

Landfall refers to the point at which the cables carrying power from an offshore wind farm reach the shore. This is where the offshore and onshore infrastructure is connected. (More)
