3. Drop off at 116 New York Blvd (Corner of New York and Second, white house with green shutters). 
4. Email [email protected] and arrange a pick-up.


Post the sign on your lawn and not the easement (the grass between your sidewalk and the street). That is public property and your  town may remove your sign.
